despatch to the Governor of Hong Kong

together with a revised memorandum

on Section 275A of the proposed

Hong Kong Companies Amendment

Ordinance, I have now heard from

Young at the Treasury, who has

consulted Fisher of the Bank of

FURTHER ACTION.

England as the Bank feels very

strongly about the Examiner of Banks

being an expert. Young has suggested

a revision of paragraphs 2 and 3 of

the despatch on the lines of the

enclosure.
